The Center for Advocacy and Intervention on Talent, Healthcare and Sanitation (CAITHS) is located in Sienga Village in Rusinga Island. The Island is in western part of Kenya, on Lake Victoria. The Island is connected to the main-land (Mbita Town) by a causeways/bridge. The Island can be accesses by road, water or air. From Nairobi (by road), it is 5 h 43 min (400.3 km) via Kamandura Mai-Mahiu Narok Rd/B3.
