- Caring Attitude: CAITHS demonstrates a compassionate support and concern for the vulnerable and their families. As part of this caring attitude, we advocate, support, educate and inform the vulnerable and their families on matters that affect their lives
- Equity, Justice and Diversity: CAITHS understands that the vulnerable are part of the community; we seek to offer our services to as many vulnerable as the the available resources would support within the Island; ensures equal opportunities to everyone irrespective of race, age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, disability or location
- Mutual Respect: CAITHS honor the vulnerable people by helping them make healthy choices, and encouraging each person to take control over his/her life, and helps to shape these choices as well.
- Integrity, Transparency and Accountability: CAITHS has the highest level of integrity in its administrative services and outreach activities. We tie these activities directly to our mission, and we maintain and report our records accurately.
- State-of the-Art Practices: CAITHS aims for excellent, high quality, state-of the-art approaches that the vulnerable and their families can always count on to be there
- Advocacy: CAITHS educates the public and represent them on fighting for their rights on access to improved healthcare and sanitation; quality education and talent development; and economic security for the long term best interests of the vulnerable and their families.
- Financial Sustainability: CAITHS believes its work as an advocate and service provider for the needy will be needed for many years into the future. Therefore, we strive to deliver on our mission with thoughtful strategic choices that ensure we have sufficient financial resources
